Why not add additional appliances? If we are on site and you would like us to service another gas appliance, we can do it for £50.00

Terms and conditions

Gas services are for working appliances only. If an appliance isn’t working, book a boiler repair.
Condensing boilers are a telegan service. If c/o readings fail and cannot be corrected, a quote will be issued for a full strip down service and for the seals to match.
Parts that become defective during a service due to wear and tear or leaking valves will be the responsibility of the homeowner/landlord and will be quoted for accordingly.

Boiler breakdown

If your boiler breaks down and you’re suddenly without heat and hot water, Royal Blue Plumbing & Heating is on hand 24/7 to provide an emergency breakdown and repair service with 99% of emergency calls being attended the same day.

No call-out fees - fixed price repairs from £60

For a fixed fee of £60, our engineer will carry out a full inspection of the equipment and fault. If our engineer can fix the initial fault within the first 30 minutes, there will be no additional labour charge. If we cannot repair it immediately, our engineer will provide you with a fixed price for additional work and parts that will be required to complete the repair.

Additional labour that falls outside of the fixed price repair will be charged per 15 minutes on site at a rate of £16.00.

Payment of the fixed fee of £60 will be required prior to any work being carried out. Payment of additional costs, including parts and labour will be required by cheque, cash, debit or credit card at the time of the repair. Credit card payments will have a 2% fee applied.

No fix no fee

If our engineer is unable to diagnose or repair the initial fault, we will refund the fixed fee of £60 in full.

Eligibility for our fixed price boiler and heating repairs

The following conditions qualify for a fixed price boiler and heating repair

No heating but hot water working
Radiators coming on when heating switched off
No heating and no hot water
Visible central heating leaks including radiators
No hot water but heating working

Exclusion

Fixed price repairs specifically exclude intermittent faults, heating upgrades, 3rd party diagnoses, water leaks within boilers, failure of the main heat exchanger, noises, gas leaks, system water issues, including sludge and scale problems. These can only be dealt with on an inspection and subsequent quotation basis.
